Teleflora offers a free monthly email marketing program that highlights holidays, events, and best-selling floral arrangements. 

Default Emails Sent: 

    • Thank You Emails 

    • Welcome Emails (with optional discount code) 

    • Gift Reminders 

    • Abandoned Cart Emails 

Customization Options: Florists can personalize emails within the eSAT platform by navigating to: 

    1. Marketing and Promotions > Marketing Email Management 

    1. Activate, deactivate, or edit emails 

    1. Edit email elements such as name, subject line, promo codes, product selection, and descriptions 

Adding Promo Codes: Promo codes can be added to monthly and welcome emails by selecting ‘Marketing & Promotions’ > ‘Promotion Codes.’ Options include Quick Add for simple discounts or Advanced for more specific promotions. 

Program 2: eMail Plus 

Pricing: $150 per holiday email 

This program offers holiday-themed emails for major occasions such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter. Two emails are sent per holiday: 

    1. A promotional email featuring Teleflora keepsake arrangements 

    1. An email offering customers a $15 coupon (reimbursed by Teleflora) 

Program 3: Custom Email 

Pricing: 

    • $24.99/month for fewer than 1,000 active email addresses 

    • $70/month for more than 1,000 active email addresses 

This program allows florists to create and send up to 8 custom emails per month using eSAT. Florists can choose between two layouts: 

    1. Promotional Emails 

    • Headline, hero banner, HTML content, product grid (up to 6 products), and footer 

    • Promo code field for automatic inclusion in links 

    1. Newsletter Emails 

    • Simplified layout focusing on information sharing 

    • Customizable email body and footer with theme color options 

With a user-friendly WYSIWYG editor or custom HTML (up to 4000 characters), florists can design engaging emails to keep their customers informed and engaged.
